Hotmelt machine BASEline
The compact all-rounder of LPM machinesThe BASEline series combines compact design and convenient operation and can be optimally used for the majority of Low Pressure Moulding projects.
Various mechanical components can be assembled according to requirements.
The adapted melting unit with double-acting piston pump, 4l tank volume and a melting capacity of approx. 1kg/h enables optimal processing of small to medium shot weights and/or quantities. The available clamping force of 8/12kN is suitable for moulding surfaces up to approx. 3,000mm².
By using the Siemens S7-1200 controller with touch panel, the series offers the same user friendliness as the larger series.

Depending on the application, various devices with working ranges from -10°C to + 60°C and flow rates of up to 20l/min are available.
Automatic filling
Conveyor unit for automatic refilling of the melting tank, incl. sensor for monitoring the fill level as well as storage container for the granules.
Capacitive buttons for two-hand operation
Replaces the push buttons of the two-hand operation for increased ease of use.

In addition, individual consultation appointments can also be organised. For example, you can get to know our machine system in detail, book operator and maintenance training courses or take part in a tool sampling - and all this conveniently from the comfort of your own workplace
